Before you begin
- Current Samsung Tizen software
- Stable internet over Ethernet or strong Wi-Fi
- Choose a compatible player available in your region from Smart Hub.
Step-by-step setup
- Open the app store or connection menu on Samsung Tizen.
- Choose a compatible player available in your region from Smart Hub. Enter provider credentials only in the relevant sign-in fields.
- Save the list, allow the initial sync to finish and run a short HD playback test.
Troubleshooting
- If the list does not load, check credentials for spaces and verify the device clock.
- For interruptions, try Ethernet instead of 5 GHz Wi-Fi where possible.
- Restart the app; if the issue remains, send the device model and error message to support.
